All purchases made on Crawl Mint Data are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our products are digital datasets delivered electronically. Unlike physical goods, a digital file can be downloaded, saved, copied, and retained by the buyer the moment it is delivered — regardless of whether a refund is later requested or issued. Once the data has been accessed, it cannot be returned, recalled, or made inaccessible on our end.

For this reason, refunds are not available regardless of how much of the dataset has been used. This is standard practice for digital data products and is consistent with consumer protection guidelines that recognize the non-returnable nature of digital goods once delivered.

Try Before You Buy

We offer a free sample of 2,000 records — including email addresses, confidence scores, and source URLs — available for download after a quick email sign-up. We strongly encourage all prospective buyers to review the sample and evaluate the data quality and structure before committing to a purchase.
