Alphabetical grouping key from the professional’s given-name portion for sorting, filtering and batch processing.

registration_category

registration_status
Registry status, including REGISTERED, SUSPENDED, NO REGISTRATION and Deceased.
registration_expiry
Registration-expiry or renewal-status source information; most entries are dates, though some contain non-standard text.
brokerage_name
Registered legal brokerage entity, which may be a corporation, numbered company or other formal business name.
brokerage_trade_name
Public-facing brokerage brand or operating name where available; records without one may show N/A.
brokerage_address
Address of the associated brokerage office; multiple professionals may share an office address.
POSTAL_CODE
Canadian postal code associated with the brokerage address for geographic filtering, mapping, territory planning and FSA analysis.
brokerage_phone
Brokerage contact information that may include an office telephone number, fax number or both; it is not necessarily a direct personal number.
conditions_and_discipline_history
Registry-source information relating to conditions, decisions or discipline history. Most records use the standard no-history value; non-default entries should be individually reviewed with the relevant underlying documents.
