METHODOLOGY & RESPONSIBLE USE
Transparent data signals, clear boundaries and customer-led review.
CrawlMintData presents the dataset’s structure and measured coverage so customers can evaluate the data against their own research, enrichment and compliance requirements.
100%
Source URL coverage
For all 41,268 populated primary emails.
96.94%
Task collection rate
303,898 collected from 313,491 total search tasks.
99.93%
Source-title coverage
41,241 email records include an observed source title.
PRIMARY EMAIL TRACEABILITY
Observed sources are evidence, not a permission signal.
Each primary email record in the email-enriched edition includes the webpage URL where it was observed. The source set includes brokerage websites, realtor pages, directories, professional profiles, social profiles and other publicly indexed pages.
What source URLs show
They document where an email was observed. There are 36,518 unique source URLs across 9,306 source domains for populated primary emails.
What source URLs do not show
A source URL does not establish current deliverability, exclusive ownership, marketing consent or permission to send messages.
CONFIDENCE SCORES
A consistent internal quality signal.
Every populated primary email carries a numerical confidence score and a category. Scores range from 58 to 100, with a median of 93 and average of 87.92.
DATA LIMITATIONS
Use fields as supplied, with appropriate review.
- Registration-status fields allow filtering; the database should not be read as a list of only currently active professionals.
- The registration-expiry field is populated on all records, but 1,158 values use mixed or non-standard text and may require cleaning for date calculations.
- Other Observed Emails is an auxiliary research field only. Its email-shaped strings are not added to the primary-email total.
- Conditions and discipline history is an included field; individual entries should not be interpreted without reviewing underlying documents.
Responsible use is a customer responsibility.
The database is provided for research, business intelligence, data enrichment and market analysis. Customers are responsible for assessing data suitability and complying with applicable privacy, electronic-communications, anti-spam and marketing requirements.
